We carry out an activity throughout, perhaps, 24 hours, using our own teams of workers, operators and technicians, qualified and experienced, to complete the projects within the agreed deadlines. We are more than capable of carrying out the works within functional facilities - working with and around other companies involved in the project, to ensure that your operations are minimally affected and that you can continue your activities around us without problems.

Following the experience gained in the flooring industry, Dinamic Construct has perfected the art of coordinating projects from start to finish - being able to achieve any required specification and tolerance. Our teams of finishers and technicians with high qualification, include operators trained in the use of Laser Screed, but with experience in all other aspects of the work, preparation, pouring and finishing of concrete.

We have our own fleet of high-capacity concrete breakers equipped with diesel or gasoline engines, precision laser units and receivers, vibratory concrete leveling units and other quality tools for pouring and finishing the concrete.

Concrete finishing process

We use Vibro-Strike high-capacity vibrating beams for leveling and compacting fresh concrete, up to a depth of 200 mm. After fresh crushing, with magnesium plates, equipped with aluminum modular tails, the finishing process continues with mechanized crushing, with high-power equipment, equipped with floating discs. The operation consists of passing 2-3 times in perpendicular directions, in order to ensure flatness and an optimal degree of finishing. Our choice is the Allen Engineering HDX600 paver, high-performance hydrostatic equipment, which, thanks to its engine power (45 hp) and considerable weight (750 kg), ensures high productivity and a high level of finishing. The chipping operation ends with the use of helicopters equipped with sanding paddles, through repeated passes, until the desired finishing level is reached.
